I’m a Service Designer and UX Researcher who untangles complex experience gaps. I recently helped Intuit identify a significant conversion drop-off by architecting a new ‘ideal state’ service blueprint.

Currently, I lead foundational research at Intuit, where I use mixed-methods strategies to identify critical friction points and architect ‘ideal state’ customer journeys that directly shape product roadmaps.

UI/UX Research

I apply a mixed-methods approach from 1-on-1 interviews to large-scale surveys—to uncover deep user needs and validate design decisions.

Service Design

I map end-to-end customer journeys and build service blueprints to identify key friction points and design seamless, holistic experiences.

Data Analysis & Synthesis

I analyze quantitative and qualitative data (using tools like R, Python, SPSS, and Figma) to find the “why” behind the numbers and deliver actionable insights.
